Basic structure of our company's three-phase asynchronous motor

Made by stacking thin silicon steel sheets with an insulating paint coating of 0.35mm~0.5mm thickness, reducing iron core eddy current losses caused by alternating magnetic flux. The inner circle of the iron core has uniformly distributed slots for placing stator windings.

The main structure of a three-phase asynchronous motor consists of the following parts:

1. Magnetic circuit part:

1.1. Stator core (made of 0.35mm~0.5mm thick silicon steel sheets with insulating paint on the surface, stacked together to reduce eddy current losses caused by alternating magnetic flux. The inner circle of the core has evenly distributed slots for placing the stator windings);

1.2. Rotor core (made of 0.5mm thick silicon steel sheets stacked together, fitted on the shaft, with the same function as the stator core, acting as part of the motor's magnetic circuit and housing the rotor windings)

2. Circuit part:

2.1 Stator winding (three-phase winding consists of three independent windings, each of which is composed of several coils connected together. The coils are wound with insulated copper or aluminum wires.)

2.2 Rotor winding (wound type and cage type)

3. Mechanical part: Frame, terminals, shaft and bearings, etc.
