The YFBX4 series of high-efficiency dust explosion-proof three-phase asynchronous motors are fully enclosed, self-ventilated, squirrel-cage type three-phase asynchronous motors. They feature small size, light weight, reliable operation, and an attractive appearance. Furthermore, they boast high efficiency, low noise, low vibration, large temperature rise margin, excellent performance, and an advanced, reasonable, and safe explosion-proof structure. The efficiency meets the Class 2 energy efficiency (IE4) standards of GB18613-2020 "Energy efficiency limits and energy efficiency grades for small and medium-sized three-phase asynchronous motors". The explosion-proof performance of this series of motors complies with GB/T 3836.1-2021 "Explosive atmospheres - Part 1: Equipment general requirements", and GBT 3836.31-2021 "Explosive atmospheres - Part 31: Equipment protected by dust-ignition-proof enclosures "t"". The explosion-proof marking is Ex tb IC T130℃ Db. Suitable for use in flammable dust environments formed under atmospheric conditions, hazardous area zones 21 and 22, temperature classes T1-T4 flammable dust environments, as general power equipment.
