Product Overview
The YKK and YXKK series of general-purpose medium-voltage asynchronous motors are newly developed products of our company. They feature a reasonable structure, high efficiency and energy saving, low noise, small vibration, reliable operation, and convenient installation and maintenance.
The power rating, installation dimensions, and electrical performance of this series of motors comply with the national standard "Rated and Performance of Rotating Electrical Machines," the mechanical industry standard JB/T12730, and related IEC standards. The motor energy efficiency meets the Class 2 energy efficiency requirements of GB30254-2013.
The motor adopts a box-type structure, with the motor housing welded from steel plates. It is lightweight, has high rigidity, and features a top-mounted enclosed air cooler for easy disassembly and maintenance. The stator uses a press-fit structure, and the stator windings use F-class insulation materials with reliable end fixation and binding. During manufacturing, it undergoes inter-turn pulse voltage testing and ground insulation resistance testing. It also uses imported foreign vacuum pressure impregnation varnish technology (VPI) for excellent and reliable insulation performance, good mechanical strength, and strong moisture resistance. The squirrel-cage rotor is made using a reliable cast aluminum process. The basic protection level is IP54, and motors with an IP55 rating can also be provided according to order requirements.
