The YFB3 series dust explosion-proof three-phase asynchronous motor is a totally enclosed, self-ventilated, squirrel-cage three-phase asynchronous motor. It features small size, light weight, reliable operation, and beautiful appearance. It also boasts high efficiency, low noise, low vibration, large temperature rise margin, excellent performance, advanced and reasonable explosion-proof structure, and safe and reliable use. The efficiency meets the Class 2 energy efficiency (IE2) in GB18613-2020 "Energy efficiency limit values and energy efficiency grades for small and medium-sized three-phase asynchronous motors."
The explosion-proof performance of this series of motors complies with GB/T3836.1-2021 "Explosive atmospheres - Part 1: Equipment general requirements" and GB/3836.31-2021 "Explosive atmospheres - Part 31: Equipment protected by dust-ignition-proof enclosures "t"", with an explosion-proof mark of Ex tb IIIC T135°C Db. It is suitable for combustible dust environments formed under atmospheric conditions, hazardous area zones 21 and 22, and combustible dust environments with temperature classes T1-T4, used as general power equipment.
