The YBX3 series of high-efficiency explosion-proof three-phase asynchronous motors is a basic series of fully enclosed, self-ventilated, squirrel-cage, high-efficiency explosion-proof three-phase asynchronous motors developed by our company. The efficiency meets the Class 1 energy efficiency (IE1) in GB18613-2020 "Energy efficiency limit values and energy efficiency grades for small and medium-sized three-phase asynchronous motors", and it features excellent performance, reliable and safe operation, lower vibration and noise than similar products, and meets energy-saving and environmental protection requirements.
The explosion-proof performance of this series of motors complies with the provisions of GB/T3836.1-2021 "Explosive atmospheres Part 1: Equipment General requirements" and GB/T3836.2-2021 "Explosive atmospheres Part 2: Equipment protected by "d" type flameproof enclosures", and is made into a flameproof type. The flameproof marking is Exd II BT4Gb, suitable for places where there are explosive gas mixtures.
